Meet Chef Russ


I have over 20 years of experience working in hospitality, restaurants, and in the food and beverage industry. My pedigree goes beyond the traditional industry; I've had the privilege of cooking for presidents, celebrities, and athletes. As an executive chef, I have worked for professional sports teams such as the Mariners, Seahawks, and Kraken as well as other local Seattle restaurants. I am passionate about creating an exceptional experience for guests regardless of the environment.

El Centro is a personal passion project of mine. It represents what I’ve made my life’s mission. Beyond my professional love for cooking, nothing brings me more joy than creating an intimate environment for people to have a good time.
